I have had a pain in my lower back for a while, on my right side behind my right ovary?

and my right ovary has been cramping and Im nowhere near my period, why is my lower back behind my ovary hurting, has anyone else had this problem?

It could be an ovarian cyst... I've got one that causes dull pain on my lower left side that spreads around my back (on a bad day). Got it checked out at Planned Parenthood, and they said to wait it out (they usually go away on their own)... however it's important to get it checked because if the cyst is large it can rotate around the ovary or fallopian tube and cause problems.





Plus, lower back pain that on one side could be a kidney infection... sometimes that's the only symptom for that.





So I would go see a doctor or ob/gyn! Or planned parenthood!
