im 32 years old and having bloating,nausa,feeling tired all the time.i lost some weight also.everyone keeps saying im to young for cancer is this true,should i be concerned?i already had a hysterectomy in 2004,due to prolapse of uterus and cervical dysplasia[they said]so am i right to worry or not?

You are definitely right to be concerned about the symptoms you are having. As for the enlarged ovary it could be a number of things causing this but I would recommend getting back in touch with your doctor to ask her to explain more about what this finding of an enlarged ovary means.
