Ovaries hold the eggs - Uterus holds the baby :-) And the PP is right, size of a fist with no baby - size of a soccer ball with baby.
Reply:Your ovaries do not change size in pregnancy, your womb does. And that depends on the size of your child. A non pregnant womb is about the size of your fist and a full term sized womb is enormous!!
Reply:It's said to be the size of your own fists, and no, it won't be enlarged because of a child normally, but they will change sizes if it has certain conditions like cysts.
