You might experience vaginal dryness, because you are not getting as much lubrication from the uterus. You will get some from the vaginal walls and it MAY be enough, but no guarantee. Just keep some K-Y jelly handy and you'll do fine.
The other issue is your libido. If you are not planning on going on hormone replacement therapy after the surgery, your hormones will drop and you might be slower to arouse than before. If you do go on hormone replacement therapy, be sure your doctor uses bioidentical hormones (BH) to supplement ALL your major sex hormones, otherwise you might still experience libido problems. Less progressive doctors still use estrogen-only medications (like Premarin)...and that's not enough. BH therapy is also safer, because it more closely matches a woman's natural levels.
After the removal of uterus and ovary what are the sexual problems?
The problem is you just lost your uterus and ovaries.
Reply:As far as I am aware there are no significant "sexual problems."
My ex wife had a hysterectomy after the birth of my last son because she was experiencing heavy bleeding.
Since you have also had your ovaries removed you will likely have hormonal changes which could cause issues with having sex. I'm not a doctor, but I recommend that you discuss this with him / her.
Good luck
