Can a cits on your ovary that's leaking cause any trouble with a pregnancy?

When I went in for an 8 week ultrasound, The tech asked me if I had been in any pain on my right side. Well, no-but I had a cyst rupture on my ovary. My ob told me it's fine because whatever fluid is coming out is simply reabsorbed by your body. Don't stress if you're not in any pain.

I think you mean cyst!! I had a cyst on my left ovary when I was pregnant with my first daughter. It was spotted when I had a scan at 5weeks because I was bleeding but by the 12weeks scan it had gone. It didn't cause any problems and normally the medical staff with just keep an eye on it.
Reply:That's too important a question to ask here. See your gynecologist, please.
Reply:Make sure the cyst is monitored. However, since your child is enclosed in an embryonic sac, any leaking fluid shouldn't affect the baby. A doctor might have a different opinion, though. Be sure to ask at your next prenatal visit.
Reply:Not sure, you might want to have your ob/gyn take a look and test the fluid.
Reply:i had an ovarian cyst that ruptured a few years back and the doc told me that it MAY affect me getting pregnant. However i have a 7 month old son and am preggo again, so i dunno. I have heard that it ccan cause it to be harder to get preggo but not in my case.
Reply:yes they can you need to see a docter first and all.to make sure there are none and to ask when is the safest time to get pregnant and all i dont thiknk it would hurt the baby i think you would be in more pain though if youexperience one
