Yes it is definitely possible. Especially if you have been watching your diet and keeping your symptoms in check or taking medication for it.
I have PCOS as well and I was told that it was very unlikely I'd ever conceive but I am now 14 weeks pregnant so I know for certain it can happen.
Depending on the severity of your PCOS it can put you at higher risk for miscarriage and/or other problems but as long as you are careful and follow Dr's orders, there's no reason why you can't have a healthy pregnancy.
If I have polycystic ovary syndrome is it possible for me to be pregnant?

Reply:i have polycystic ovaries and i am pregnant right now
Reply:Oh yes, it is. I hope that is good news for you. That's the odd thing about PCOS (I have it too) -- my doctor told me that you can have it with variable severity. I know one woman that has three beautiful naturally conceinved children and also has PCOS. I have a college friend that has PCOS and also conceived naturally and now has an almost one-year old. Me personally, never did have any luck. But yes, it is possible, in some cases. Good luck to you!
Reply:Yes. I have the same syndrome, though I hear it's just harder to get pregnant.
Reply:probably very possible.
Reply:When I didn't get pregnant we went to a fertility dr. and they did some test and found out that I had PCOS appearance - not all the symptoms - just some of my ovaries are blocked. He gave me 1 round of Clomid at 100mg and now I'm pregnant with twins. So it is possible - even if you need some help. Good luck.
Reply:Yes
