Anyone feel bizarre twinges on right side, prolly near ovary?

I'm currently 6-7 dpo, and I've been feeling these off/on all day. Do you think it's fertility related?

Hopefully if ur trying to concieve it means ur pregnant. Some women do have this feeling and ednd up being pregnant, but sometimes ur body has twinges here and there, even on ur ovary... its normal..but it also can mean u have an ovarian cyst ..the dr will help yuh with this one
Reply:I've been getting these twinges, I get them every month- from my right to my left- this month its on my left and its been really painful and lasted about a min. Looking on the net to points to ovarian cysts- great that all I need. Hopeful not! It sounds like ovulation signs or cyst but I don't want to worry you, so you should check it out with your doctor. Reply:It might be. I get them from time to time (usually on my right side too) and I think it usually happens around the same part of my cycle. It's probably a question your doctor could answer pretty easily for you. :)
