Besides an ovarian cyst.what else could my doc have felt on my ovary during exam? i have to go back in 3 weeks

he wants me to cycle to see if it is just a fuctioning cyst that will pass..i have no idea what else it could be?

i've had an ovarian cyst before, if that is all you have - there is nothing they can really give you. what was suggested to me was to take birth control pills, because the cyst was formed from us girls releasing an egg every month --





fortunately for me, mine went away. i had an ovarian cyst that bursted and i went to the doctors and had an ultra sound to be sure - but our bodies are weird. after that, i didn't have one again.





it was probably a cyst, you shouldnt worry. when i found out i was getting ovarian cysts i just thought "could i still have children?" and i spoke to a girl from work who has kids and she said she had those before she had her kids and they came out okay.
Reply:When you go back ask if you might have Fibroids, these sweel and cause pain right before and during that time of the Month. They can detect these with an Ultrasound. Ask your Dr if that is a possibilty, and mostly these are benign, but can still be uncomfortable. Watch your caffeine intake right before that time of the month.
Reply:The only other thing I could think of that could be felt would be a fibroid, but that is in your uterus. Maybe your ovary is enlarged.
