What does it mean to have a lazy ovary?

Because my girlfriend and I are trying to concieve and here doctor says she has a lazy ovary, so what does that mean for a planned pregnancy?

What does it mean to have a lazy ovary?
This means that she is ovulating normally, but her ovary isn't producing the proper amount of eggs that is to be released while she is ovulating. I had a lazy ovary, but my doctor gave me a shot for it. It made my menstrual cycles crazy, but I started releasing enough eggs. I now have two boys. The only side effect i got from the shot is that my body now rejects any form of birth control, so I had to get my tubes tied in order to not get pregnant again!

Reply:I have never heard of a lazy ovary unless it means that she doesn't ovulate regularly or something like that. You and your girlfriend should have asked the Dr what that means and what your chances of conceiving are? My first advice would be to get married before trying to bring another life into this world. Give your baby some stablity in its life.
