This is the first time I've ever experienced this sort of pain this badly. I've had pain before during ovulation but not this intense. It comes and goes and hurts more if I move alot. I had a baby girl 1 year ago. Any helpful answers would be great.
Sharp piercing pain off and on around left ovary during ovulation? What could this be?
It could be a fibroid. I'd check with your doctor. Heating pads work wonders.
Reply:it could be an ovarian cyst, a fluid filled sac around the ovaries. go to gyne. Dr. and they will give u a ultra-sound to find out for sure.
Reply:Well if it feels similar to cramps then you might just have the type of cramps that a few percentage females get during ovulation time. Other than that, try checking with your doctor... Hope this helped and good luck.
Reply:i have pain when i ovulate too...and 2 times is had pain that was just like it, but worse...and each time i was pregnant...apparently a small percentage of women who feel it when they ovulate can also feel it when they get pregnant...i guess it is when the egg implants....is pregnancy a possibility for you?
