One ovary and tubiligation, can i have this reversed and possibly have a child?

I am 36 yrs old and at the age of 13 had a tube and ovary removed due to a cyst. I then had 4 children by the age of 23. I then had a my remaining tube cut, tied and burned. What are my options of ever having a child? I am remarried and my husband and I would like a Baby!
