i know its not impossible but how hard could it be? im getting married this year and im soo scared of not being able to have kids! that is my one and only desire! i had my ovary removed when i was 15 and now im 22 and i dont have trouble with my periods they are regular every month.
Will it be hard for me to get pregnant with only one ovary?
I've read that when you have 1 ovary, it takes on the job of both..meaning it will ovulate each month instead of taking turns with the other ovary. I think you will be fine. :-) Good luck!
Reply:it will be fine but it will take mopre times and a little more pain...but ur good ull be great...
Reply:I have a friend that has had 5 kids since one of her ovaries was removed. Just relax, it might take longer, but it can happen.
Reply:You will ovulate every other month, instead of every month- it will still be quite possible for you to get pregnant.
Reply:your fine!!!! just pray about it
Reply:Read Dr. Northrup's Wom's Bodies, Wom's Wisdom. Great chapter on fertility/conception. We got preg. 1st time with both kids using her guide.
