How would i say i went to the dr and they found a cyst on my right ovary and a cyst on my left ovary?

I need to know how to say this in medical terms its for medical terminology class i cant figure out how to word it just right..please someone help and only answer if you know what you arer talking about please ?thanks!

In medical terms, we call them ovarian cysts. The medical prefix for ovaries is oophor-, but it's not really used in this situation. If you have an ovary taken out, it's an oophorectomy.
Reply:We in medicine occasionally use English, too. But I think what you're looking for may be something along the lines of "bilateral ovarian cysts." Just a guess, but that "bilateral" may be the word you're looking for.
