Reply:It's really hard to determine how far the cancer is. The best answer would be to ask a doctor. Usually when the cancer gets to the ovaries and being noticed, means that it as progressed. Your chances of survival can be good or bad depending on what type of cancer. There's the dormant one and the maleficent one. In an other word, after having the operation, you'll know for sure where you stand.
