What happens if you are pregnant and you are diagnosed with ovary Cancer?
I read a story once about a woman this happened to. She had been unable to conceive, and then learned just after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer that she was pregnant. She refused any kind of treatment out of fear it would hurt the baby. She was warned that she and the baby could die if she let it go that long. But she held on. She had a perfectly healthy baby boy, and then when she went to begin cancer treatments, it was gone! It was as if the pregnancy had healed her. I'm not saying this will be the case for your sister, but the body is an amazing thing. And of course, don't leave God out of the picture- He can do anything!
Reply:I am a survivor of cancer during pregnancy. I suggest you refer to the Pregnant with Cancer Network. They helped me tremendously in many ways including providing me with a physician to talk to! http://www.pregnantwithcancer.... Report It

Reply:see the DR. why ask here.
Reply:Your sister should look at the many alternative cures for cancer.

A good start would be to look at this page.

Reply:She should be OK. The ovaries produce the eggs, but the baby develops inside the mother's uterus, so they can operate on the ovaries without getting too close to the baby. Now, I don't want to mislead you -- there's always a risk in surgery, and surgery on a pregnant woman is more risky still, but you can bet that the doctors will exercise extra-special care when operating on your sister. Try not to worry, and I wish you and your sister the best.
