How likely is is to get preggo with only one ovary?

I still get my regular periods but I only have the one ovary cause they removed the other due to an overgrown cyst. I am not on any form of birth control. I am not really wanting another child but wouldn't be totally upset if I had a boy. Already have a girl.

well its able to happen i have a friend that had a child and she has 1 ovary
Reply:My mother had nine children with just one ovary. So I guess your answer is very easy!
Reply:The ovary you have should still ovulate normally meaning it releases an egg every other month. So rather than having a chance of conceiving 12 times a year you should have a chance to conceive about 6 times a year. It's entirely possible it just takes timing.
Reply:I lost my left ovary when they did my c-section with my second son. They were trying to remove a cyst and it ruptured. Needless to say six months later I was pregnant with my daughter. :)
